At Fields, we’re all about balance. We believe great craft beer should be a balance of the best locally malted barley, Aussie grown hops, carefully cultivated yeast and the best quality water (we get ours from the Brissy sky).
Our Story
It’s pretty simple really - quality ingredients, talented people, a little science and a love of great beer. Our brewers have won some of the most prestigious awards in international craft brewing. We brew our beer in the Sunshine state but it’s exciting to see Fields is fast becoming a beer of choice at pubs, bars and bottleshops around the country.
Also, this is Arthur - one of our honourary brewers.

Big West Coast characteristics on this one. Quite piney and surprisingly malt-forward, it’s a little sweet but has a resiny hit at the back. Really good.
